Takashi Onogawa

President & CEO

Takashi Onogawa is the President & CEO of Moon Creative Lab Inc., where he leads strategic direction, innovation, and new business creation aligned with Mitsui & Co.’s global goals. He previously oversaw Mitsui’s Employee Experience Division, enhancing quality of life through services in food, uniforms, facilities, HR, and career development. Prior to that, he addressed operational challenges in Corporate Planning & Strategy and served on Moon’s founding board, following his launch of Mitsui’s education business in London. His earlier roles include launching Mitsui’s sports & entertainment business, notably contributing to the development of Mazda Stadium in Hiroshima—an initiative inspired by his time in New York, where he earned a Certificate in Sports Operation from NYU while serving as a trainee at Mitsui’s New York office.

His hobbies include running, relaxing in saunas, watching sports—especially NFL—watching movies, and playing the guitar. One of his personal dreams is to become a bossa nova singer after retirement.
